The fully automatic Shoei Mailer produces "mail" at high speed, combining mailing functions for return cards with printed matter. Easy operation is combined with multiple functions
● The "MAILER" combines mailing functions with printed matter and is fully automatic. The mailer is the technologically sophisticated and acclaimed machine available. "Glue application", "folding" and "addressing" by inkjet can be completed in just one procedure with the Mini Mailer. ● After glueing, and roller folding in the main unit, the flap is then glued and folded in the folding equipment. The result is the same as the original mailer except that the return card potion is not available. ● The Shoei Miini Mailer has multiple usages and can also be used to fold in a xigzag manner or as standard foler.
Combination KT + transfer conveyer + augular roll conveyer + vacuum air opener + delivery section with 3-channel glueing system (dot glue)
This unit is based on the combination KT model, and provides both wide mailer processing (A4-size half folding and letter folding with three-side glue binding) and 16-page booklet glue binding. Naturally, this unit is capable of 16-page folding, in addition to general catalog folding.
